2. When should I book my wedding trials? Do I need a trial?
Every Bride differs with this - however Zara does recommend that you have a trial after you have organised your dress and your Bridesmaids' dresses (if applicable) as well as your flowers and any other major factors such as colour schemes and wedding location prior to the trials.
Zara is highly experienced and happy to assist you in designing a look for the wedding day. A trial is highly recomended a good opportunity to meet her, discuss your desires for the day, and to experience wearing the hair and makeup which will be different to your everyday style. You can get a feel for what maintenance will be required throughout the day, practice wearing false lashes if you don't normally wear them and trial different styles until you are 100% happy. There is nothing better than having no surprises on the wedding day!
3. What should I bring to my trials? Do I need to prepare for the trial?
Please bring with you any reference pictures of hair and makeup looks that you like, along with any fabric swatches, pictures of bouquets or jewellery and your favourite lippy's or other items you feel may be helpful in the desing process.
To prepare for your trial, please come to the trial with a clean face without any product on it, (even moisturiser). This will ensure best results are obtained.
4. Do you require a deposit? What payment methods do you accept?
Yes, a $100 deposit is required to secure all bookings. For weddings with trials, Zara only require a deposit for the trial initially. After the trial, if you're happy to proceed with the wedding day, she will request a further $100 deposit lock in the wedding day.
The balance is due either prior to the booking or before she leaves on the day.
